Discovering his calling for coffee in Australia back in 2004 with his very first “true espresso”, Nat has worked as a coffee consultant, barista trainer and reputable judge.
Nat moved to Vietnam in 2007, consulting and training baristas with the aim of developing local coffee culture through increasing quality awareness. In 2019, Nat founded Silvi Coffee Roasters, determined to bring you “a sensory experience of pure pleasure” through top-notch coffee beans from all around the world.
