About the trainer:
Thijs van Loon has had an extensive career at Google Ireland and Apple Computers as a trainer in products, service skills, sales skills, and personal effectiveness. As a master trainer, he has trained the entire Apple sales trainer population in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has developed training programs for teams in Google both online and offline and has coached trainers in order to hone their skills and become more effective facilitators. Thijs has been in Vietnam for 18 months now, working for language centers, companies and NGO’s to improve people’s overall communication skills and productivity.
He is an accomplished NLP certified trainer and coach, and experienced speaker for events in HR, start-up and education conferences.
